Act Fibernet - Refund Amount Complaint Rating:

My name is Anurag Yadav on 12/12/19 I contacted to Act fibernet sale person for connection and before installing I already paid the amount for 3 months but after the connection guy came to my home and he said there's no signal for act fibernet so we cannot install then I updated to customer care for refund but there is no proper response they just saying again and again that you will get a call within 24 hours but I didn't get any call from act fibernet, and it seems worst service ever
