Act Fibernet - No Relocation Of Connection Even After 20 Days Passed After Raising A Ticket Complaint Rating:   

I have raised a ticket for relocation 20 days ago and no action has been taken till this date. The customer care service is unresponsive and the technicians are very rude ,they even cut the call while I was still talking and didn't answer when I called back.Whenever I am asking about relocation they are just saying that they will visit the next day but never do.
