Act Fibernet - Late Payment Charges Added Though Payment Made In Time Complaint Rating:   

Late payment charges are added to the bill for the month of March,but the payment was made in time on February 10th. The complainant was lodged on March 4th and was not resolved till date. The complainant was closed without resolution and I had to reopen many times but in vain.
