I have annual subscription of ACT broadband connection for residential purpose. I have shifted to new address and logged a request ticket for new address connection. I got message saying provided address is feasible for connection. But nothing happened so far I keep on call customer care and send mails regarding issue but all in vain. I lost almost 2 weeks in this process. Shame on internet service providers like this who are care less for such issues.
