Hi Team,
When i queried on ACT's website(Bangalore), i was contacted by Vikram(9739665475), one of their employee for the connection. After confirming the location, he asked me to pay the amount, so that the process can begin. He also took the required documents through whatsapp.

Hence i paid the amount including Rs. 699(router amount, suggested by Vikram) and received following message.

Dear Subscriber thank you for paying the subscription amount Rs.2146 for User ID:102016854402.Helpline: 080-42840000 Or Email: [email protected].

After that Vikram stopped answering my messages. After 2 days, i was contacted by Mohan(9886030625 & 8884481239) who informed me after 1 day, that ACT is not available in my area. Then after all this frustration, i sent them an email(because their customer care is always busy) to refund my money, after 72 hours they created a ticket saying someone will contact me, bt its more than 2 days again, and i have not received any call or refund. Maximum of the messages are attached in this request.
