Act Fibernet - Internet Connection
I have applied for new internet connection 6 to 7 days before but till now I did received any call from the technician for Installation. When I called to the customer care regarding to my issues they are not responding properly and giving only false promises from 5 Days saying within 4 hours our technicians will call you for Installation but they will never call us. Again. When in to customer support again call to transfer to different agent but they also telling the same dialog again and again they are not understand my criticality and my situation and even though they are not transfering the call to higher department for escalations.
Only given the false promises to the customer. I am very much upset and frustrated on them because of them I am getting scrued from my manager saying why you did not but internet connection.
Please take necessary action on them get my problem resolved ASAP
