Act Fibernet - Delayed In New Connection Complaint Rating:

I have opted a new internet connection on 3 March, 2020 at 16:23 pm of Act fibernet in Hyderabad and paid first month bill amount of 502 rupees of internet immediately after document verification. The document verified person told me to install the cable technician will visit tomorrow morning and install and activate your account. But till date i.e., 7 March,2020 no one has visited my place and I compalined four times to act service center but they are also not caring to solve this problem and simply delaying the issue. Thus I am raising a complaint here as there is no hearing from act beam side. My registered mobile number for act fibernet is 7416267340.
