Achalare Realtors, illegal business practices, not a professional construction company, big boards on building but poor customer service, all projects are third grade project, poor maintenance, construction not reliable and transaction is grey, be careful and please take legal advice before engaging yourself with Achalare they have many cases again them in pune court. builder is a lawyer and he thinks he can fool anyone.
