Abof - An Order Made With Abof Complaint Rating:
I placed an order with abof on 11/12/2016 when the site was hosting a 15% cashback offer in partnership with icici bank. The cashback was to be received latest by 14/02/2017.
Even after 14/02/2017, i didn't receive my amount. Made a call to abof and i was told to wait for another 24-25 days. Even this period expired and i didn't receive my money. Today it's 03/04/2017 and such a big company couldn't give a cashback of ₹240. Every time i make a call, a supervisor talks and I'm promised to be informed about the problem and its status by the end of the day and that also never happens. Its not about the money but the fact that consumer is being harassed and not being provided what was promised.
