Abbott Medical Optics India Pvt Ltd - AMO Pahavi Machine Complaint Rating:   

I had a deal with AMO pvt ltd sales guys for a phaco machine before 3 years. Sales people Prasad and Chandrakant committed me 0% finance from company after down payment of 2 lac Rupees and balance 10.5lacs.
After paying advance amount they send machine boxes to my address. After that they fell to provide me 0% scheme.
They never install the machine in my clinic.
They pick up the boxes from my clinic after few months.
I'm arguing them to pay my advance amount since then.
They repeated telling me that they are in follow up.
Never share their senior officials emails and contact numbers to me.
I want refund of my amount with full interest for 3 years.
