Aadya Ventures, a real estate agency run by Avinash who has established office in bangalore, kodegahalli road. He has cheated many people without coming for registering the sites. He offers to give a loan to clear in equal installments and signs a agreement that the plot will be registered once the loan is cleared. Loan is cleared and now he is not willing to come forward for registration nor he is giving the money back. He has closed his office and relocated his house without informing to any one.

when verified he found to be big fraud running various other businesses. We came to know that this guy has forged the land records and showcased that he is the owner of the someone else layout.
