I have ordered a dress and payment is made but the delivery is not being made and that lady is not replying about my delivery she is making excuses i have paid 3000 for that her contact no is 9886083811she doest recive calls and only reply throught whats app i am daily asking her about my delivery she is saying market has not being opened up she is manupulating please kindly resolve my problem and get me refund from this lady .
