As I opened the packet of good day biscuits I found some threads hanging out of the biscuit then when I turned the biscuit I found a insect inside it and it was not only in one biscuit it was in 6 biscuits......The imp thing was that without any prior information thru sms or email my flight has....I am facing a great issue regarding the issue.. please understand the seriousnes.
