while ordering food using zomato app,the order got processed and deduct my amount automatically without applying promo code as shown earlier ,hence i had to cancel the order immediately with in one minute,the order was cancelled but without a refund.i contacted the support team and requested them but there was no one helping to refund & and reprocess order with earlier pay...

Zomato I placed an order yesterday, I have cancelled the order within minute, my refund was declined stating having many previous disputed transaction. If I point out mistakes made in the food and/or in delivery, you make me ineligible for refund. I have been having my regular food with Zomato, but this experience with you was really disrespectful....
