S and R Cars Private Limited

I ordered for spare key of Mitsubishi Outlander car and paid full amount of rs 24000/- in advance on 06/05/2017 on promise from the dealer of getting the key in two weeks.its been 5 weeks now but i hv not received my order nor any fix date of getting it.my key had been lost so am not able to use my car inspite of paying the full amount in advance for the key....
