I have ordered Philips wireless earbuds of 2000/- Rs, They send me Cristal earbuds 500/- I have mailed him but they are not replying and they don't have customer care number also....

I got the wrong package which is utter wastage and it not that worth too. I ordered an earphones of 1600 and what I got was a watch which isnt even worth 100...
