I had tried to book tickets online from Ernakulam to Hyderabad on October 21, 2017 and the transaction failed. An amount of Rs.7800/- has been deducted from my Syndicate bank account, details of which were forwarded to [email protected] They had given me a complaint numbers 7051940, 7052169 &7064955 & one Rakesh Gupta asked my customer ID....

13148 Down Uttor Banga express was bound from new Cooch Behar at 3-15 p.m on 08 March 2017. We had 2 confirm tickets with pnr no. 6261682830. But the train was cancelled from the source station and bounded from NJP , 127 k. m away without giving any message or email to us. It was e-ticket. Irctc is not ready to return ticket amount against confirm tickets pnr-6261682830 while the train is cancelled from source station without providing any message or email to us. This is totally fraud.
