At the time of installation of Set Top Box they have taken more time but payment taken in advance. It also took them to change the set top box for 2 times as either the Box was not available in the stock or the Box is not functioning. It almost took 2 month to set up the box. Delay in connection, No response on complaint, brand ambassador of false commitment...
