It's a aggarwal store wz 153 a hastal Uttam nagar new Delhi 110059. He is charging 2 % extra on card payment. When I say to him this is not good and RBI IT'S not allow this charges then he said i will take 2 % charge for card payment if you want to pay by card then you should have to pay this charges . I just want to know it's his right to take ext....
