I had booked a Kerala trip for six days and seven days wherein was promised return air trip via executive class and stay in beach resort . I was also promised free pick up and airport along with sightseeing included in the cost on 30 thousand . As they explained it is a limited time offer wherein they are offering there platinum package at the rate of silver package ....
