Complaint is about the delay in bus arrival, the scheduled time of arrival was 16:45 and bus arrived at 19:13. They intimated about delay of 1 hr. It got delayed by more than 2.25 hrs. Ticket details attached.

This is a illegal travel agency in Delhi khizrabad and charging plenty amount for a small driver job in gulf..he is fraud and high level scam.
There is one recent cases and so many in history..one poor guy got a job in ksa through this agency and they took 100,00...
